HONEY VANITY is a sole proprietorship selling handmade clothing, jewelry and accessories.

Any order placed on the HONEY VANITY site entails the unconditional acceptance of the general conditions of sale by the customer, namely any natural person of full age, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".

HONEY VANITY reserves the right to adapt or modify the general conditions of sale at any time.

The applicable general conditions of sale are those online on the HONEY VANITY site at the time of the order.

The Customer acknowledges having read, prior to sending his order, these General Conditions of Sale and having communicated all the information listed in article L.221-5 of the Consumer Code in a readable manner. and understandable. II-The Client

The customer declares to be a natural person, adult or having parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site.

Some items are also for sale on other sales platforms. If a simultaneous purchase should occur, HONEY VANITY reserves the right to cancel the most recent sale and undertakes to make a full refund thereof.

If a desired item is no longer in stock, it is sometimes possible to re-order it.

The customer must be aware that ordering an item that is not in stock leads to longer deadlines, deadlines of which he will be aware when making contact.

The photographs on the site are as faithful as possible to the products but cannot ensure a perfect similarity, in particular concerning the colors, and sometimes the materials.

The products offered for direct sale by HONEY VANITY are those which appear on the site www.honey-vanity.com on the day of the consultation of the said site by the Internet user, and within the limit of available stocks.

Due to the specific nature of the Internet network, the company does not guarantee the availability of all products on its site in real time. IV-Price

The prices are stipulated in euros, excluding taxes (VAT not applicable, under article 293B of the CGI).

HONEY VANITY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The prices applied will be those displayed on the site when ordering.

V-Payment

Payments are made by Paypal, CB via paypal (no Paypal registration necessary).

The order will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

VI-Delivery

Orders are delivered by La Poste, throughout the European Union.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the size and weight of the items and the place of delivery (France or abroad).

All delivery methods are with tracking, the tracking number will be communicated to the customer when confirming the shipment of the package.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days. If there should be a delay in shipment, HONEY VANITY undertakes to notify the customer by email.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address indicated when ordering, so the customer must ensure the accuracy of this information.

Once the product has been shipped, HONEY VANITY cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage or losses caused by La Poste.

The customer can however contact the site to try to find a solution.

In the event of receipt of a damaged and / or open package / product, the customer undertakes to report it within a maximum of 3 days after receipt.

If the customer is present during the delivery, he is invited to refer directly to the deliveryman.

VII-Custom orders

Custom orders are possible.

If the customer accepts the quote, full or partial payment will be requested before purchasing the equipment (if it is not available in stock) and making it.

VIII-Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

This only applies on condition that the product is returned new, without any degradation by the customer. In which case, the return will be refused.

The customer must provide proof of shipment to HONEY VANITY.

From the day of the withdrawal request, the customer undertakes to return the product within 14 days.

The site must make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Product verification will be performed prior to reimbursement.
If it turns out that the item has been worn / damaged / soiled, HONEY VANITY reserves the right to refuse a refund or to only issue a partial refund.

IX-Intellectual property

X-Data processing

The data entered by the customer on the HONEY VANITY site is used for order management and

communication with the customer.
